Shipping

Where do you ship?

Dear Kindred Spirit products are available to ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS services to deliver your packages.

Processing & Shipping Times 

General Orders
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is submitted. The day your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes tracking information. Once your package leaves our studio, your order should arrive within 3-10 business days.

Stickers
We offer FREE shipping on orders of 1-2 stickers. Stickers will ship untracked via USPS First Class Mail. When purchasing 3 or more stickers, your order will automatically upgrade to a rigid mailer with tracking.

Giclée Art Prints
Our fine art prints are made-to-order, please allow up to 1 week for your item to be printed and shipped. The day your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes tracking information. Once your package leaves our studio, your order should arrive within 3-10 business days.

If your order contains a made-to-order print, in addition to other products, they will be shipped together.

Please note, transit times are not guaranteed and could be longer or shorter depending on your local postal service, weather conditions, and/or holidays.

Damaged or Defective Orders

The shipping process can sometimes be unkind. If you notice your order has been damaged or is defective upon arrival, email us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. Please include your order number and photos of the item you received as well as the packaging it arrived in.

Wrong or Missing Items

Oh no! We sincerely apologize. If the item you received is not one that you purchased or there is a an item missing from your order, email us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. Please include your order number and a picture if relevant.

Returned Packages

Please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting an order. If a package is not delivered because of an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen we are so sorry this has happened to you! Unfortunately, we are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen items. Please reach out to USPS to file a claim.

Orders

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not. Due to the small-batch, handcrafted nature of our products we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are considered final.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once a shipping label has been created we can no longer cancel your order.
